Yet another reason why cheetahs are endangered animals
is because of farmers. Yes I said farmers. Farmers sometimes kill cheetahs to
protect their livestock. If hunters stopped hunting the antelopes that the
cheetahs normally eat then the cheetahs wouldn't have to take desperate
measures and attack the livestock

Habitat Loss
Another reason why cheetahs are endangered is because of habitat loss. Humans invade into the cheetahs habitat and eliminate the cheetahs. What used to be open land is now fenced so big cats have to compete for territory. If you had flown over Africa 100 years ago of you would have seen wide open space with little bits of human civilization here and there. Now you would see lots of farms and ranches with little bits of wild and parks.

Humans Hunting
Cheetahs are amazing animals. The Cheetah is considered the worlds fastest mammal on the planet. It has a tawny brown coat with black spots and black streaks across its cheeks. Instead of ambushing its prey, the Cheetah prefers to chase down its prey unlike other cats. One of the reasons why Cheetahs are endangered animals is because of hunting. First, because people hunt antelopes which the Cheetahs usually eat. We need food to live and so do they. Second, because people hunt Cheetahs for their spotted pelt to sell. Now it is easy to see why Cheetahs are endangered animals.
